We recommend sending all bouquets and posies in a water source, to ensure freshness throughout the delivery.   All deliveries leave flowers on the Hilltop Glendene Ltd in top condition, we are reliant on our couriers to deliver your purchases with the care and attention that they deserve.

 

What to do if the delivery arrives in less that optimal condition.

 

Go to our replacement or refund  page to follow the steps outlined, its important when doing photographs for us to ensure the packaging is in the received original condition.
