Additional information for Covid 19 Lockdown Deliveries.

We are now taking orders for contactless delivery or pickup, you can telephone your order through, we will do contactless click and collect from the store or have your order delivered by courier contactless .

Our courier ‘s are working to their normal schedules .

*We have a contactless pick up system in place for pre ordered bouquets to be collected from the store

*A selection of pre-made bouquets and gifts also available with a contactless payment system

Regular Ordering

All orders for greater Auckland need to be received by 9.00 am for same day delivery , later than this they may be delivered same day but could be next day , if it’s a close call we will let you know.

There are two greater Auckland deliveries per day however the afternoon is only suitable for residential delivery as it can run later in the day. Please ring the store on the day to inquire about your delivery time if your unsure.

All Local area deliveries (West Auckland and surrounding suburbs not including West Coast beaches and further than Swanson) must be received by 12.00 noon on the day required. Several delivery slots throughout the day.

There are no timed deliveries during the Covid 19 lock down period.

If you miss these cut off times please call us on 09 818 6556 as we can still arrange a delivery service, however an EXPRESS rate may be charged.
